Niteline Charters strives to provide all of our clients with a fun, safe, exciting, and productive adventure on the water. We guarantee that we will work hard to make sure that our clients have fun, experience a true fishing experience, and that we will put you in the best position to catch fish. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will catch fish.
All of our clients will be treated professionally and with respect. At Niteline Charters we expect the same in return. If at any time, a client jeopardizes the safety of the vessel, the crew, or other clients the Captain reserves the right to end the charter without refund.
Weather is always a factor when fishing in Flordia. We will not fish in conditions that are unsafe. If the conditions look to be unsafe prior to departure, the Captains reserves the right to cancel the Charter.
Seasickness is a factor for many clients. If you are prone to seasickness, Niteline Charters recommends that you use Bonine, a patch, or another preferred seasickness treatment. Refunds will not be given if we are forced to return to port due to client seasickness.

PRIVACY & SAFETY
At NiteLine Charters we are active on social media and like to take pictures, videos, etc. Please let the Captain know if you would prefer to not have your pictures included on our marketing information. Otherwise, we will be excited to share your success with our followers and future clients.
Safety is the responsibility of all members on board the vessel. The captain will conduct a safety briefing prior to departing. The vessel is equipped with all required USCG safety equipment.
By agreeing to participate on this charter clients understand that there are inherent risks involved with chartering/fishing/fishing at night/ etc, including but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the sea, acts of other participants, adverse sea and weather conditions, and interactions with aquatic organisms and hereby assume such risks.

Fishing Charter Pricing
All fishing trips are priced for 2 clients. Each additional client over 2 will be charged an additional $50 per client.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Trips booked with Niteline Charters require a $100 deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if the captain cancels the trip due to unforseen circumstances. Trips canceled by the client within 5 days of the trip date will lose their deposit. All trips must be canceled in writing by emailing the captain at Nitelinecharters@gmail.com. We undersatnd that unforseen circumstances do arise and we are willing to work with you to adjust the date and time of the trip as possible. This policy is strictly enforced.
