June Fishing Report

June is showing signs of a great tarpon run. We are seeing plenty of tarpon in and around the canals in Palm Coast. The Sea Ray cut basin has been especially hot. Mullet, Shrimp, pinfish, and mud minnows freelined or on a cork seem to draw some attention. The flat fishing has been steady with grass edges producing reds at high tide and the topwater bite at first and last light should continue to be excellent. Popping corks floating muds, shrimp, and live mullet are always a good option. Darker and larger pattern articles have helped in the murky water in Palm Coast.
